had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville Times Square and would absolutely come back. The location truly can’t be beat—right in the heart of everything, yet the hotel feels secure and well-managed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a great impression. Valentina, Andrew, Tiffany, and everyone we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping to the barista—were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s exactly what we expected in this area—and honestly, it works perfectly since you’re out exploring the city most of the day. What mattered most to us was cleanliness, and they delivered: spotless room, crisp clean sheets, and everything very well maintained. We loved the rooftop bar—the views are absolutely spectacular and worth visiting (we went twice). The only area for improvement would be keeping the tabletops cleaner up there. With a little more attention to that, it would be flawless. The coffee was excellent, and the bagel was even better—such a great way to start the day. I also want to mention that we had zero issues with fire alarms, which others have noted. If anything, it seemed more likely related to guest behavior rather than the hotel itself. Overall, this hotel is colorful, fun, clean, and in an unbeatable location. A perfect stay for anyone wanting to enjoy New York City—and we would definitely return.

We booked the hotel for a 7 day visit. The location was amazing, especially if your trip is focused on midtown: we walked to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central, Empire State... lots and lots of food options nearby and an amazing bodega right around the corner and a cozy and delicious little cafe. Shout out to reception desk who were amazing all the time there, the doorman (he rocks), and housekeeping. Everyone was cordial, including the waiters at Take Care restaurant. The room was ample of the 3 of us so we were grateful for that (that was one of the reasons that sold us the hotel) and there were plenty of space for our clothes and luggage. It was also quiet: we requested a quiet room and they gave us one in the corner of the 5th floor. Amazing. It had a view to Lexington street and even so we heard nothing but the occasional door slam (nothing that bothered us) and sometimes a car below, but it was really really quiet!) Our reservation let us choose 2 items every day from their selection, which we liked (apple juice, water bottle, chips, gatorade, etc). We were able to refill our water bottles in the fitness room every day. The restaurant in site, Take Care, is nice and the waiter was amazing, but the pancakes were not tasty
